Slightly off topic, but do Daemon have any sales/product info in pdf or word format that we could print off for proposals and to bring sales staff up to speed.
We haven't really got anything distributable. We have a proposal template that we use that includes a features list and the like. Typically we customise this to address the specific requirements of the client in question.
I've been toying with the idea of taking and anonymising some of these ridiculously long requirements docs that clients appear to use to build a comparitive matrix of features, and converting it into a FAQ. The latter coupled with the a revised features list might do the trick.
How many of you out there need/want this type of thing??
