With regard to the beta 126 release, I realised from reading the site documentation that it was a beta release and that the final installer had not been produced. However, I found running the sequence of update scripts held no dramas for me and everything worked immediately. I also found that a straight installation of the current beta release to be the easiest I have done yet.
Hats off to the Daemon guys for, once again, proving their product to be a simple, reliable and relatively almost "bug free" product. The commercial offerings of some companies could do well to take a leaf out of Daemon's book.
