[farcry-dev] New Plugins section on website

Many of the new features in b127 make use of plugins available to FarCry 
such as Paul Hasting's geoLocator for more accurate stats and Spike's 
Friendly Urls.

To make use of these plugins, follow the setup instructions from the new 
plugins page on the FarCry website. Basically all you will need to do is 
save the appropriate jar or class files in the appropriate places and 
then update you FarCry plugins config file to let the system know you 
are using them. You can also turn these plugins off at any time by 
resetting the config.
