Nope, friendly urls work off nav nodes so you couldn't have a friendly url for each dmHTML object underneath. Friendly URLs are used for the basic navigation of your site, complex navigation hasn't been integrated as yet (such as multiple dmHTML templates and dynamic objects like news and events).

If you had a very long page that you would like to break down into small chunks you would use multiple dmHTML objects under the one nav node. You can then use two webskin tags, multiPageNav & multiPageTOC to provide you with local navigation for these pages.
