We have used symbolic links, using ObjectID, for linking within the site before
upgrading to build 130.

With the update, you cannot access the original symbolic link info via farcry
admin. It has been replaced by the nav alias menu. However, it is handy that the
objectID in the symbolic link continues to work! I have started substituting the
nav alias for the objectID in the symbolic link.

Do you think having the ability to use the objectID as well would be beneficial?? Our feedback to date is that no one seems to be able to understand the "copy and pate objectid" caper. And the NavAlias option has so far been well received.

Suggestions:
Display the nav links in alphabetical order.

Yep.. Good idea.

I can see that having 100 or so symbolic links is a bit of a problem for the nav
alias menu: perhaps make it possible to either use the menu or type in a nav
link?

We never really envisaged that any website would require that sort of number of symbolic link destinations. But AFTRS is a big site. Actually, I think this is a good idea -- to have a text field adjacent to the drop down.
