I guess the main reason (as usual!) was time. We'd developed about 90% of the site on b130 before b200 came out. We had additional stuff we needed to develop before I could consider looking at spending time upgrading and testing the new code. Certainly I'd like to look at it if I do additional work on the site. There are several objects that have to be manually associated with nav nodes at the moment and it'd be nice to just add them to the tree...
