You betcha!

I'm assuming you're using b200 here. "farcry/[your app
name]/customadmin/login" is where you would place your custom login file.
Every time Farcry is asked to show the login screen it attempts to include
"login.cfm" from that directory. If it fails then Farcry uses it's default
login file. 

To give you an idea of what a custom login file needs to contain code wise,
I'd suggest looking at the default Farcry login under
"farcry_core/tags/navajo/login.cfm"
