Vaughan posted earlier this week about adding a rowGUID to tables in FarCry and what the implications of this may be for updates.
Aside from other reasons why we want to do this, we have a need to replicate the FarCry database to our back SQL*Server. The process of activating replication will cause a rowGUID field to be added to EVERY table.
We would like to know if anyone has done this and if any consideration was given to the ramifications of doing this or if there were any issues encountered.
