It seems that some folks in teh US can't see our site during certain parts of the day -- which is particularly odd. I'd like to try and resolve this conundrum.
If you experience an outage -- could you be so kind as to send us as much information as possible, for example:
- a traceroute would be helpfull
- DNS results
- ISP details
- if possible, the IP address that you are coming from
