Niklas, Another option, depending on how complex your menu images are, is to build them on the fly. I have never done this w/FarCry, but have used the HierMenu scheme and the cfx_image tag to do just this. Downside is that you need to wrap every reference to an image (FileExists() in a <cftry> in case it is newly created image. But this would save you the work of having to muddle through the core code.
