I think I'd prefer to see us better define a set of specific classes and ID's that are used consistently throughout the admin area.  It's a bit haphazard in there just now.  Then create a set of style sheets, separating layout from colour/theme.  This would make it way easier to customise the look and feel in there.

It's something I think might be done in combination recording all the labels and dialogues throughout the system -- which seems to be the hard yards involved in localising the admin interface.
Yeah that sounds like a pretty involved operation. For now you could just do something like adding the following underneath all the style definitions in tags/admin/header.cfm :
  <link href="" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css">
and people can override whatever they wish on a per-site basis.
Still the admin as it stands looks quite good, no?
Yeah I think it looks good! I just have a habit of tweaking the look'n'feel of things :)
