Have you tried using the new rich text editor that FarCry v2.1 supports, Real Objects edit-on Pro? This is a cross platform WYSIWYG editor that should work nicely on the mac.
And no this was not scripted! I have been bugging Ben and Wayne in the office for ages to try installing FarCry on their macs at home and great to see Ben has finally come through with the goods :)
