Oh - I can see now I interpretted your question incorrectly. I would personally use FTP - one of the kewl ones that can tell what is out of sync so you know which direction the files need to go. I am not a fan of the IDE environments for web development so tend to use the older methods. I am also not sure you will find a hosting environment that will open up the Dreamweaver RDS facilities for you (which would be the main reason to use that tool).
