yeah, fair enough. Do you have an ETA on the dmForum custom object?

I am guessing / hoping it will be a painless install.

Subject: [farcry-dev] Farcry 2.1 production release delay -- forum
object out

Folks,

Apologies for the delay. After considerable um'ing and ah'ing we've
decided to remove the dmForum object from the core build.

We're trying to adhere to a strict policy of keeping farcry_core lean
and mean, and concentrating our efforts on improving the FarCry APIs.
Forums are not really a core requirement and I think are likely to just
add to the overhead of maintaining the stable milestone releases.

That said, we still intend on releasing the forum object as a
customisation example -- its a great one with lots of integration
points. We originally slated the object for core because there are some
deficiencies in the API's that make it easier to deploy under core.
However, we think its better to improve the API's and release dmForum as
a custom object in the long run.

Hopefully we haven't put too much of a dint in peoples plans.

Best regards,
