Those upgrading from v2 need to run updates b201, b202 and b203 (browse to /farcry/updates). Those updating from the latest beta version need to re-run update b203 and can remove permissions/nodes creted from the forum update (the forum has been removed from core and will be available shortly in the developer exchange).
