My trash node is acting very weird today and I just discovered why but I
don't *yet* now how it happened. It seems I've got "Rogue Associated
Objects" under my Trash node.

If I query dmNavigation_aObjectIds for all data under
application.navid.rubbish, several of the objectIds returned don't exist
elsewhere in the Db. I've checked refObjects for each of the suspect
objectIds and sure enough there's nothing on any of them.

It looks like a half-baked delete of sorts. For now, the only solution is to
manually delete the entries from the Db. I'm going to do a little digging in
the core and see what turns up.

Anyone have any thoughts on what might cause this scenario?
