Just to confirm (now I am finally home)..... The /farcry mapping is critical for many things (especially the <CFIMPORT> tags).
The types of places it is used other than that are (for paths in <CFINCLUDE> and <CFMODULE>): Application.cfm OnRequestEnd.cfm login.cfm install/* (few places) - refer to earlier post about installing multiple times and /farcry mapping updates/* and some of the CFC's So I dont see it changing very quickly. However, I thought about this before suggesting FarCry for the new AAM site and it really doesn't matter in the long run. External user's only experience it during the login process and internal staff don't care what the URL is to get to something - as long as it works.
