There is a "Handpicked" rule that you can use to get specific HTML content
into a container. You would need a specific teaser template for it though
to ensure the body was being displayed (and not just teaser information).
We use this rule to display the internal content of included objects
directly in containers.

If this is not quite what you want, you may need to create your own rule.

For example, we have an account to get XML data from an external source.
This is what our "announcements" are. The rule we created for this has NO
display options at all. You include the rule and you get the standard
output for the data. The only option you get is to be able to say how
many items you want displayed.

So a "rule" is always the way to go in containers if you want something
specific - containers always work through rules and you need to write some
of your own to do some kewl stuff.
