Actually we started seeing this last week to.  It happens when the client is
uploading a ton of stuff to the image and file trees.  We have done restarts
with relative success, but a reboot seems to work much better.

Since yesterday, my users (including me as the admin) have been unable
to upload files to our FarCry (b210) app - either on new or existing
objects.  When we try to do so, the upload PLP step throws a 500 error.

Nothing about the security or ownership of files on the web server has
changed (Apache 2.0.48), I've checked.  Here's what the apache
