I did not have a problem logging back in again. The problem was that whenever I went the the Categorisation tab and selected Manage Keywords it would log me out - putting the login screen in the right hand frame.
The solution was to close the browser and re-open. I am guessing that this cleared the session and it was something in the session that was conflicting with the database due to the earlier problem.
I have not been able to recreate the problem.
Chris.

---Just a question, Chris..... Is this running in a load balanced environment ?If so, you may be experiencing what we do when you have to authenticate across frames and there may be a load balancer server switch taking place. Having said that, we never have a problem logging in again once prompted. Not sure what happened here, but I deleted the records from categories and the category records in nested_tree_objects leaving the root entry. Still had the problem. Closed browser and opened another one and everything working ok. Chris. Chris Kent wrote:Hi, Running Version 2.1 I seem to have a problem when I go into the Categorisation tab. When Iclick the Manage Keywords link I am automatically logged out. I set up a couple of Categories earlier, but a problem occurred with one of them. Ever since then I can not get back in to view/maintain the categories. Unfortunately I do not have access to view the database (MS SQL), trying to get the server details to set up Enterprise Manager. Any one else seen similar behavior or ideas why I am being logged off? This is the only option where I get logged off. I have run the diagnostics options under Admin/COAPI.
