No. I have confused you I think. You install FarCry once. You can have mulitple projects. Each project has its own "project code base" and its own database instance. As a minimum the project code base simply stores the "webskin" (presentation layer) for your application.
The FarCry administration area simply leverages the same farcry install, but points to a different code base. You can dynamically modify the administration area by adding customisation to your FarCry project code base -- thereby *not* having to modify the FarCry core.
