Editon Pro by RealObjects.com does not have this issue.  The config is built
into FC.


Also I found another editor that I was going to send after more review, but
here is it anyway (http://www.devedit.com/online_html_editor_demo.php)  try
the last link on that page (Launch Content Editable Demo).  I any case it
appears to allow more extended symbols and characters.  Hooking it in to FC
would not be too much of a challenge.
