I found this too when I tried to validate a page earlier this week. Brendan said ealier you can add your table code as strings to aInvocations before and after adding the content objects, but as you said, the code will be wrapped in <p> tags...

The only direct/clean method I saw at the time was to output directly from the containers execute method.

I was going to post a message this morning about this but I wanted to find the code that added the <p> tag rather than sending Brendan on the goose chase. Thanks Gary for finding it :)

I am working with some custom rules and have discovered that the container.cfc wraps any content generated in <p>...</p> tags.

This only appears to happen if no "display" routine is created.
