Most people create pdf documents from a Word DOC file. By default the title of the document is then name of the DOC file. Most people never change this so it gets embedded into the PDF as the title.
That explains the bit about why the text for the link says what it says. The other part would have to do with how the Verity collection has been created and what it has been told to return as a URL. Is this using the Verity support in FarCry ? If so, there may be some sort of bug to look at. If not, you would need to revisit how you are creating your collection. The URL that is there certainly wont work (as far as I can tell) because "objectid" should be a UUID not a file path. Other than that, I cant help much as we are doing our own Verity stuff because we run in a multi-server environment.
