Assign the login to be the dbo of the farcry database.
It will allow your app to do all of the things it needs to do, while restricting its activities to the farcry db (it shouldn't need to do anything to any other db, unless you have done custom development that references other dbs.
It doesn't need dbcreator permissions, as it doesn't have to create dbs. Also, this is a server role. You are far better off assigning db roles to web apps as opposed to server ones, as if there is any breach of security, the possible damage is limited to the db itself and not all the other dbs.
