This may well be a MySQL and CFMX thing as opposed to a FarCry thing,
but I'd appreciate any advice.

We're taking content from an existing web site and pasting it into the
soEditor window. When viewing the page, the UK pound sign is displayed
as another character -- what's on screen looks like a squared-off lower
case "r". If you view the record in the database via SQLyog, it shows a
pound sign.

I think this is a MySQL thing. I just did a quick test using the pound symbol in the title and body on a MySQL FarCry site and neither worked.

I then tested on a MSSQL Server FarCry site using the pound symbol again for both title and body and both worked. Therefore I think it's safe to say it's neither a soEditor or FarCry bug. Anyone shed some light on this?
