[farcry-dev] PLP Storage

Any chance of adding the plpStorage location onto the General Config 
screen, thus allowing it to be localised for each app.

Or to store the plp in the app rather than core in 
farcry_core\tags\farcry\config.cfm
replace
   application.path.plpstorage = application.path.core & 
"/plps/plpstorage";
with
    application.path.plpstorage = application.path.project & 
"/plps/plpstorage";

This would be similar to the verity setup, and would allow setups with 
one code-base and multiple apps to be able to clean up plp's for a given 
app.

I know i can override it in the edit.cfm, but that would mean making all 
types custom - and i do not wish to make all types custom.
