Dear List, because i think there are several possibilities, i'm searching for a tip with the best Solution.
My Problem/Question is about MultiDomains on one Site (there a completly installed and working fine within IIS). I would like to have different Contents (Logos, TOP&LEFT-Navigations, Body, etc) on each Domains even though there are coming from one Directory on me WebServer. Depending on the Domain/URL the User tiped in his Browser. The Site-Stuctur/Layout is exactly the same for every Domain, so it should be very easy to manage all Domains/Sites within one FarCry(-Admin). What should be the best Solution to manage this ? My thoughts already are: - get the URL/Domain the User tiped in via JavaSript: "document.url" (but what is, if JS is deactivated ?) - I could handle the Logos, and other graphical Stuff via CSS ?! But I have no Idea how to handle 6 different Navigations ? sincerely Reinhard Jung _____________________________ site-guards internet security guide http://www.site-guards.de reinhard jung chief technology officer contact voicemail +49 6106 77011.65 freecall 0800 site guards --- You are currently subscribed to farcry-dev as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] MXDU2004 + Macromedia DevCon AsiaPac + Sydney, Australia http://www.mxdu.com/ + 24-25 February, 2004
