Installation issues belong on farcry-dev (I've cross posted this to that list).

Looks like the tar ball is up the spout. You'll hav eto ask Brendan (brendan<at>daemon.com.au) to spit out another one... or alternatively you can now get anonymous CVS access to the code base -- see the recent posts on the farcry-dev list.
