sorry.... fourq is the database layer abstraction for farcry... you will
see a fourq folder after you install.

I probably should have said, study the COAPI (which uses fourq to
store/retrieve content objects to the database).

Like I said, the walkthroughs are a big help.

pardon my ignorance.....is fourq an "example" site I should set up or
just
pull apart the code?

I wouldn't spend too much time on Aura (it's just the clothes your
site
wears).

Study fourq, and do the walkthroughs (especially custom types and
custom rules).

Yes, farcry can only "admin" one site at a time. The core determines
which site you want to administer based on what url you are accessing
the admin interface from. This is setup in apps.cfm.

I am new to FarCry and wanted to know what folks thought about the
best
way
to get proficient with FarCry. I've heard the best way is to take
apart
the Aura build. Is there any additional suggestions folks have?

Also, it looks like the way to get FarCry to run multiple sites is to
set up
each one individually. Is that accurate? Or is there some FarCrySuper
that
can administer multiple sites?

TIA,
Bob
