We're using Typo3 on one of our sites that was developed a year ago and
maybe it's improved since then but I found their documentation to be
somewhat less than useless.  It may be that Typo3 is NOT easy to use,
from a developer's perspective; or it might be my lack of complete
knowledge of PHP or a combination both.  I guess I'm stating the obvious
here but yes, documentation is critical, but if it's not usable or
helpful, it's exceedingly frustrating and a quick way to turn users and
developers off.
