I noticed you also mentioned that a container's pre- and post-HTML is displayed whether or not the container acutally has any content. Did you come up with a solution/workaround for this? (I checked the latest revision of farcry_core/tags/container/container.cfm in the CVS repository and it did not appear to have a fix.)
This fix was also sent to Daemon. Not sure what's happening with it though.
The code you sent through assumes that you will never want to display the pre and post html of a container if the container is empty. I personally don't think this is a good assumption to make. I think we'd be better off with an attribute to the container custom tag, something like bShowIfEmpty which I think should default to true. If set to true the pre and post html show no matter what, if false the pre and post html only shows if the container has any content.
What do people think about this?
