This should be possible now. Just right mouse click on the file or
image in question. There should be an insert option.
This doesn't seem to be working for me. I have the insert option when I'm on the related items PLP step, but not files or images PLP steps... I'm running b211 of the core; is there anything I should look at to see why this isn't working?
No -- it only works in the BODY step of the PLP. The file and image steps are for specifically associating a file with that object only. But I'd agree this is not intuitive.
What we're looking at next is improving the whole UI of file/image management.
It sounds like 2.2 is going to be the bomb. I can't wait to see it.
Well it's mainly a lot of little changes. A couple of nice things like Postgres support, copy branch options in the tree and so on. But nothing too exciting for your average user. Good for developers though.
