No worries, Farcry makes this really easy:

1. Download the latest release of Farcry from
http://farcry.daemon.com.au/go/downloads

2. Stop CFMX

3. Just in case...Make a backup copy of your current Farcry_core, Fourq
and App directories. It would also be wise to backup your Db at this
point. Once again...Just in case

4. Extract the new Farcry_core and Fourq directories right over the top
of your existing directories.

5. Start CFMX

6. Browse to http://[your_domain]/farcry/updates This will display a
list of Farcry updates. Check the updates you want to apply and then
apply the updates

7. Important! Once the updates are applied you must refresh your
application scope by appending updateapp=1 to the URL like so:
http://[your_domain]/farcry/?updateapp=1

8. Log into your Farcry admin. Goto "Admin/COAPI/Type Classes" At this
point, if memory serves you'll need to deploy some type changes made by
the updates. When you deploy the type changes your Db will be modified.

That's it.
