[farcry-dev] Can't get to Content

This may be related to my other problem of the Files tab disappearing, but 
when I click on the Content tab, I get a Cold Fusion error saying that 
application.navid.fileroot is not defined.

I duped out the application scope, and sure enough, it's not defined. Can I 
just create a new one? Where should it point to?
