All the cancel button do the exact same thing. Try adding new users and try to cancel.
Apologies for this. The security tab UI area is a little primitive in places :) Most of our clients use external user directories so its not been a high priority.
It *does* require a bit of an overhaul. If anyone wants to put their hand up for that job please let us know.
