Since this is my first posting here, I write a little intro:
I'm quite new to the FarCry CMS/app framework and my first impression is:
- The product itself seems to be powerful, functional and flexible
  => Congratulations to this !
- The documentation sort of "sucks", i.e. it's not so easy to recognize
the potential functionality and how to leverage it
=> Hopefully one can get nevertheless things painlessly done with FarCry
because it is self-explanatory and/or more documentation/comprehensive
examples are given

Several questions:
1. In "FarCry Open Source CMS -- FarCry Overview.htm" I have read:
"This approach allows FarCry to easily adapt to handle a wide range of
content types that may be required now or into the future. Some of the
content types already available for FarCry include HTML pages, news,
events, facts, polls, competitions, careers, FAQs, tenders and many more.
No matter what your future requirements, we believe FarCry will be able
to fit the bill."
Where ARE those content types "polls, competitions, careers, FAQs,
tenders" ?

2. I want to build app functionality that uses existing FC content type
objects and may generate new FC content type objects
- What would be the canonical methodology to realize more demanding app
functionality in FC (looking at the newly offered API browser I have seen
that the FC core components seem to offer a lot of functionality already
...) ?
- Does it make sense or is it even recommended to build demanding app
functionality using frameworks like "MachII" or "onTap framework (Isaac
Dealey)" ? And if so, how would this best be done in a seamless manner ?

TIA for Your answers
