At the risk of getting slammed again. I wanted to share with the list our implementation of FC as ecommerce. The site is live although not being advertised yet, as we are still fine tuning some stuff (eg, a few broken images, text refinements, client still putting in product).
Here it goes:
Company: ScrubsOnSale URL: http://www.scrubsonsale.com/ Development Team: 2 Development Time Frame: 10 Weeks (Internal) Traffic: N/A Features: The ScrubsOnSale web site is really for us the icing on cake with flexibility of FC. The product display area uses a custom type for products with one of the steps invoking another custom type for sub-products (I.e., options). The front end uses multi-tier pricing recommended products, rotating product images, highlighted products, banners. The checkout is based on Macromedia's Pet Market with some heavy modifications for coupons codes, global discounts, free product offers, account management, inventory control, shipping, etc.
Anyhow, FC rocks.
