Tom, Glad to hear about your offerings. Expect to hear from me in the near future.
-Dave >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 6/21/2004 12:33:09 PM >>> Dave, The FC files are above the tree level where my shared hosting clients are at. It's a trivial task to setup a FC site now that I've done several of them. I'm a pretty small fish in the hosting business. It started as a way for me to host my own programming clients. My servers are probably more powerful than you'd find on a typical shared hosting box with several interesting custom tags etc installed. I prefer quality over quantity for my servers. Everything I do is done by hand so I'll likely stay small for the foreseeable future, but that means I can provide really flexible support. If you need me to do something out of the ordinary, like FC, I can likely support it. For a host to embrace farcry, they need to install the core themselves and give no one access to it. I have yet to talk to Paladin (but I do plan on it for an upcoming project), but it does sound they that is what they are doing. -dave >>> [EMAIL PROTECTED] 6/21/2004 11:28:30 AM >>> Geoff, Thanks for the list of webhosts offering FarCry. All of them look very good. Fortunately, however, with some notes from Michael (again thanks!) I was able to confirm that my favorite US company, Crystaltech.com, sets up their shared servers in such a way that I will be able to install FarCry right into to root directory of any of my sites. With this matter resolved, I can hardly wait to get started! :-) ~ Alexis --- You are currently subscribed to farcry-dev as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Aussie Macromedia Developers: http://lists.daemon.com.au/ --- You are currently subscribed to farcry-dev as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Aussie Macromedia Developers: http://lists.daemon.com.au/ --- You are currently subscribed to farcry-dev as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Aussie Macromedia Developers: http://lists.daemon.com.au/ --- You are currently subscribed to farcry-dev as: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Aussie Macromedia Developers: http://lists.daemon.com.au/
