c:\inetpub\applications\farcry_core c:\inetpub\applications\fourq c:\inetpub\applications\farcry_myapp
ie. none of it under the stadard webroot.
Then this give me the following: CFMAPPING "/farcry" >> c:\inetpub\applications\
WWW Home mapping >> c:\inetpub\applications\farcry_myapp\www
WWW Virtual "/farcry" >> c:\inetpub\applications\farcry_core\admin
I run WinXP which only lets me have one website active at a time.. so I use IISAdmin to hotswap between applications (very sweet):

Certainly you don't have to use this setup but I thought I'd share something I've found very successful. If you want to have multiple FarCry apps running under a single website instance that is where apps.cfm comes in -- but i won't complicate things here.

Well, I tried installing the non-production version of farcry you referred me to, and got nowhere real fast. In fact, that attempt at installation was even more messed up that my previous attempt using the normal, latest build.
So, that having been said, .. here is the information you suggested I post to the list, in hopes that someone might give me a hand.
- directory location of farcry_core
D:\InetPub\wwwroot\farcry\farcry_core
- directory location of your_application
D:\InetPub\wwwroot\demo
- contents of your apps.cfm file
Although I currently don't have the farcry app installed, I am assuming that someone here would be able to tell me what I should expect to see inside this file based on where my farcry_core and application directories reside. Hopefully I'm correct in this assumption.
Thanks! - yvan
