Hi Kelly, Are you still having issues? Are you using IIS?
I found that this played up, then after a reboot it cleared up then came back after 6 or so uploads (files and images) so I re-check all the directory and iis premissions another reboot and it seems to have been cleared up - no problems for 3 days.
