Sorry. After putting this patch on my staging server I realized my
description of the issue was a little off. The max date values were
calculated correctly, but the min date values were incorrect if the date
returned by the getMinTypeDate function is between Jan. 1 and Jan. 6.
(The minday value was set correctly, but the minmonth and minyear were
wrong.) Anyway, the patch I submitted earlier should fix it.
