I'm working with Verity collections through FarCry, but I want to expose the CUSTOM1 and CUSTOM2 variables in each collection's ./style.sfl to map to 'modified' and 'link'. Has anyone tried to do this w/ FarCry's collections?
FarCry collections are just normal collections so modifying config files will have the usual effects. However, its worth noting that we've had plans for a little while to add typename and parent objectid to the CUSTOM fields -- not sure where we are with these.
In any event, I suspect at some point in the future we'll be adding content to the CUSTOM field of content type collections. If you are only talking about a file based collection, I don't believe we have any plans to use CUSTOM fields.
So that said, what are you trying to do that we can maybe accommodate or provide options for??
