Hi,
I'm not quite clear on label vs title. If label is used mostly for administrative info, why does the RSS feed option uses the object's label to set the <title> in the exported xml file? I would have thought that it would be best set to the title, which is the public page or news heading.
To create custom RSS or other web service feeds, what is the best procedure? Should I put in a new tab via custom admin or is there a simpler way? Maybe set them via dmCron? Any sage advice welcome.
(In case anyone has a similar custom type based on dmNews, in going to 2.2, I had to add <cfset stoutput.label=stoutput.title> to edit.cfm for the custom type.)
