Well that is a much better idea! I should be able to add the code to the 
site's Application.cfm and not mess with core at all. You just saved me

We're building something similar for another client here at Daemon.  The 
approach we're taking is to build a layer of code that works out where 
the session is coming from and then assign them to a specific 
role/policy for that session.  Then use normal policy security on the 
tree to give different privleges.
