Well that is a much better idea! I should be able to add the code to the site's Application.cfm and not mess with core at all. You just saved me hours of work :)

We're building something similar for another client here at Daemon. The approach we're taking is to build a layer of code that works out where the session is coming from and then assign them to a specific role/policy for that session. Then use normal policy security on the tree to give different privleges.
