You should be able to right click on the "NOT_IN_MENU" node and select
permissions. There you can modify the permissions each policy group has
on the node. If the node already has permissions applied to it you can
modify them under Security -> Policy -> Permissions Map. Let me know if
you need more detailed instructions.
