Yes, i have the same problem. When i use a rule to create the
navigation on my site, and then move a page back and forth from draft
to live and back a few times the navigation disappears and i have to
reset it. It happens quite a lot- and is a real pain in the....

I'm on Linux/ MySql, not Oracle. 

I think the rule still exists, except the "mapping" to the container is lost.

I've dont know how to fix it- i now just use a custom tag for my
navigation on all my sites.
