I figured out that user groups needed mapped to policy groups.....I kind
of stumbled upon it myself, but it wouldn't hurt to have the detailed
information on customizing the security as a how-to or tech note.

For a newbie, this was very confusing.

are you referring to logging into farCry or your application? if farCry,
in policy group permissions, 'admin' permission needs to be 'yes' for
your group.
