I'm trying to figure out why the SysAdmin group can see the Root Node in the site tree and the SiteAdmin group can not. I've even tried setting the Policy Group permissions for the two groups exactly the same, but the only way I can make a user see the Root node is if they are a member of the SiteAdmin group.
Is this the way it's supposed to be? Can anyone point me in the right direction to allow a SiteAdmin group member see the root node in the site tree.
