When validating an RSS file I found that the date format was turning up as incorrect. One of the zeros was missing, ie
the generated date was:
2004-09-28T05:39:20+0:00
when it should be:
2004-09-28T05:39:20+00:00

Looking at generate.cfm for dmXMLExport, I changed the mask for stTimeZone.utcHourOffset from "+00" to "+000" and got the correct date for this example.
Is this a legitimate change?

eg, Line 66:

Cheers,

Natalie
